Home Depot has recently listed a large warehouse in the Valley for sublease. The company signed a 10-year lease on this 1.3-million-square-foot facility located at 16155 W. Elwood St in Goodyear towards the end of 2021 and is now seeking someone to take over the space. CBRE Group is managing this project, which includes an office space of 3,866 square feet, as well as amenities such as 233 dock doors, parking for up to 691 trailers and a clear height of up to40 feet.

According to reports from Phoenix Business Journal, Home Depot has been rapidly expanding its warehouse and distribution center assets since2018- increasing from56 million square feetto111 million square feetof mostly leased space by2023.It currently operates2,015 stores nationwideas of January28thof fiscal year2023.However,this year,the company vacated879000squarefeet near Chicagoand gave upanother480000squarefeetinthe Inland Empire regionof California.
