In this new position, he will continue to lead the company’s office tenant representation division in North Texas and help expand their national office tenant representation practice. Aligned Data Centers, based in Dallas, has named Meghan Baivier as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Former CFO Anubhav Raj will now serve as Aligned’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Baivier brings over 23 years of finance and leadership experience to her new role where she will oversee financial strategy and operations.
Ted Rohan is taking on a leadership role at Avison Young’s Austin office as Market Leader. His focus will be on strengthening the firm’s business for local clients while also recruiting top talent for occupiers and investors. He will also continue his specialty in tenant representation after being with Avison Young for eight years and recently being promoted to Principal.
Alex Perkins joins LV Collective as President of Multifamily where he will define and execute their multifamily platform by overseeing strategy, development, capital markets, operations,and asset management. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate including serving as Director for Greystar Development & Construction Services , Perkins brings valuable expertise to his new role.
