CleanArc Data Centers has received a significant investment from Snowhawk LP, a private equity firm. This strategic partnership aims to drive CleanArc’s growth by expanding its team, establishing a new data center campus in Virginia, and strengthening relationships with hyperscale clients.
Recently, CleanArc acquired land in Virginia strategically located between Ashburn and Richmond. The 650-acre campus is already zoned for data center use and plans to deliver 600MW of data center capacity.
Snowhawk was advised by PJT Partners as their exclusive financial advisor while Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor. On the other hand, TD Securities and CBRE Capital Advisors acted as financial advisors for CleanArc with BakerHostetler serving as their legal advisor.
