JBG SMITH, a company that owns and develops mixed-use properties in the Washington, DC area, has announced that GoodVets will be joining the retail mix at The Grace and Reva in National Landing.
GoodVets is a comprehensive veterinary care provider that will occupy a 2,035-square-foot space on the ground floor of The Grace. This news comes after previously announced tenant Colada Shop’s opening scheduled for September. Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Tatte Bakery & Café have recently opened as well.
The Grace and Reva consist of 808 multifamily apartments with approximately 40,000 square feet of street-level retail. “We are strategically expanding our retail offerings at The Grace and Reva to provide top-notch services for pet owners in the neighborhood,” said Amy Rice, Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing at JBG SMITH. “This aligns perfectly with our vision for National Landing as we continue to curate high-quality retail options that cater to the everyday needs of residents.”
