ANF has successfully completed the second phase of Superior Manor Apartments, a new affordable housing development in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood. The $28 million project was made possible through various funding sources, including $3 million from Miami-Dade County’s Surtax program and $831,000 from the Development Inflation Adjustment Fund (DIAF).

This latest addition to Superior Manor Apartments offers 76 units reserved for residents earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Rents range from $459 to $1,078 per month. This expansion builds upon Phase I of the development that was completed in 2018 and primarily serves senior residents.

The location at 2349 NW 51st St. features two four-story buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 750 to 1,400 square feet. Each apartment includes private balconies and modern appliances for added comfort. Residents can also enjoy an array of amenities such as a fitness center, community clubhouse with TVs and seating areas, tot lot playground area for children, co-working spaces for remote work needs, and a rooftop deck offering stunning views.

Overall, this project is another step towards providing much-needed affordable housing options in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood while enhancing quality living standards within this community.
