MELD Law, a law firm known as Manzi Epstein Lomurro & DeCataldo, LLC (MELD Law), has recently signed a lease for 9,152 square feet at The Offices at Crystal Lake in West Orange, NJ. This move will allow MELD Law to not only meet its current space needs but also have room for future growth. Newmark’s senior managing director Jeff Kolodkin and associate director Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the tenant in this transaction.
According to Kolodkin, the new location offers superior accessibility and an ideal location for both clients and employees. He also noted that the building amenities are exceptional and will support MELD Law’s growth plans.
The Offices at Crystal Lake is situated just off Interstate 280 on a 50-acre site with stunning views of the New York City skyline. The Class A property spans over 122,863 square feet and features various amenities such as a café, fitness center executive dining area meeting spaces garage parking full-building generator backup.
