"Newly Renovated Boutique Hotel in Downtown Now Accepting Guests"

The Hotel Granada, located at 1302 W. Peachtree St., has recently completed a major renovation and is now open for business. This midtown hotel boasts 120 rooms and has chosen to remain independent rather than aligning with a specific brand.

Leading the two-year project was Aparium Hotel Group, who transformed the Spanish-colonial landmark into a modern space while still preserving its historic charm. The renovation was funded by Scarp Ridge Capital Partners and Monomoy Property Ventures, with design work led by Ken Gowland of MetroStudio architecture firm. In 2022, Hodges Ward Elliot arranged the sale of the hotel for $21.1 million.

Originally built in 1924 as apartments, this building was later converted into a hotel in 1984 under its previous name Artmore Hotel. As Midtown’s only independent boutique hotel at that time, it featured distinctive Spanish-Mediterranean elements such as red tile roofing and stucco façade which have been retained during this recent transformation.

Guests can now enjoy an all-day bar and restaurant within the newly revamped space starting from $169 per night this month.
