Nexus Development has announced plans to construct a luxurious senior living community in Uptown Dallas. The development, named Vivante at Turtle Creek, will be a 20-story tower located at 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd and will feature 164 assisted living units, 29 memory care units, and two levels of underground parking. According to the Dallas Business Journal, the estimated cost for this project is $150 million with an expected completion date in early 2027.
The assisted living units will range from approximately 1,000 square feet to as large as3 ,000 square feet and will include full kitchens and balconies or patios. The memory care units are part of a secure community within Vivante called The Shores that caters specifically to residents with dementia. Both shared and private room options are available.
Residents can look forward to amenities such as a library,movie theater,chaffeured Mercedes transportation,a spacious ballroom,a beauty salon,and yoga/Pilates studio within this senior living community.
HKS Inc.,a renowned design firm,is responsible for the development’s design while Andres Construction serves as its general contractor.

The sizeable apartments ranging between one thousand & three-thousand sq.ft.will come equipped w/ complete kitchenettes,balconies/patios;while those requiring special attention may opt-for either shared or private quarters inside ‘The Shores’ -the secured area designed exclusively keeping-in-mind people suffering from dementia.
The community will also feature a library,movie-theater,chauffeured Mercedes transportation,a grand ballroom,beauty salon & even a yoga/Pilates studio. HKS Inc.is the design-firm behind this project with Andres Construction handling general-contracting duties.
