Former Allstate Campus Plans Revealed

Trevato Development Group, now known as The Pondry, is in the process of redeveloping the former Allstate campus located in Jacksonville. This project will involve a mix of residential and retail space while still maintaining some office space. Currently consisting of two buildings, this campus will soon expand to include 15 buildings.

According to an application submitted to a local planning agency, one of the existing eight-story and five-story connected office buildings at 1776 American Heritage Life Drive will remain with a slight reduction in size totaling 192,836 square feet. However, the two-story building situated across from it will be demolished and replaced with new additions including 20,000 square feet for retail spaces along with row houses (24), townhomes (36), and condominium units (190).

The renowned architectural firm Valerio Dewalt Train from Chicago has been chosen for this project while VIKA South LLC is overseeing all necessary permits throughout its development.

In May of 2023,Trevato Development Group acquired this property for $20 million.

CBRE has already begun promoting The Pondry through their leasing services by highlighting its unique blend of workspaces alongside residential living options within a vibrant mixed-use community setting.
