Representing the property owner DSC Partners LLC – a real estate development and investment company – KLNB facilitated the lease to Castro Property Management Inc., an electrical business specializing in management services. According to Martinez, this location at 7524 Standish Place was chosen by Castro Property Management due to its proximity to their Gaithersburg office which allows for increased efficiency between both locations. Additionally,the recently renovated end cap unit provided by DSC allowed for immediate relocation without any downtime.
