Intersect Illinois has announced changes to its leadership team. After nearly three years as CEO, Dan Seals will be stepping down at the end of this month. Paulina San Millan, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Intersect Illinois, will serve as interim CEO while a search is conducted for Seals’ replacement.
According to Intersect Illinois Chairman John Atkinson, “Dan has elevated our organization and I have full confidence that Paulina and her team will continue to build on the strong momentum throughout the state.”
San Millan was recently promoted to her current position where she oversees business development and attraction efforts. With 16 years of experience in economic development across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
