SL Green Sells Out Giorgio Armani Residences

SL Green Realty Corp. has achieved a successful sellout of the exclusive Giorgio Armani Residences, located on Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side. All 10 luxurious residential units within this condominium project have been sold for a total of $168.2 million and are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

According to SL Green CIO Harrison Sitomer, their premier development platform and partnership with Giorgio Armani resulted in an exceptional residential experience for buyers who recognized the rarity of this offering in New York City. The company is proud to have brought these select homes to market alongside such a renowned fashion icon.

The collaboration between SL Green and New York-based architecture firm COOKFOX, as well as award-winning creative consultant Victoria Hagan, has resulted in 760 Madison – a ground-up new development that reflects both the timeless essence of the Armani brand and pays homage to the historic aesthetic of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Marketing and sales agency Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, led by brokers Sabrina Saltiel and Madeline Hult Elghanayan, played an integral role in achieving this sellout success without mentioning any specific source or Connect CRE.
