The seller, Regent Properties, was represented by Newmark Executive Managing Directors Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and CJ Osbrink. According to Gabel, there is high demand for top-quality office and medical properties in well-located areas like the “Scottsdale Cure Corridor.”
