"Renewal of Santander's Dallas Tower Lease"

Santander Consumer USA has recently renewed their lease for 211,087 square feet of office space at 1601 Elm St., a prominent mixed-use tower in Dallas. The property, owned by Pacific Elm Properties and managed by Woods Capital, has been known as Santander Tower since its transformation into a mixed-use development in 2020.

Under the co-development of Mintwood Real Estate, the tower now features a luxurious multifamily community called The Peridot Residences on floors 18-25 and 37-39. Additionally, there is also a boutique hotel operated by Mint House Hotel within the building.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe expertly represented Santander Consumer USA during their lease renewal negotiations. This reaffirms their commitment to maintaining an active presence within this thriving business district.
