Stillwater Capital Investments has announced plans to construct a 144,000-square-foot office building at 4145 Travis St. for its new headquarters. The project will be located on a nearly 1-acre site off Fitzhugh Avenue, just north of Uptown and one block east of the Katy Trail.
The estimated cost for the project is $30 million according to reports from the Dallas Business Journal. Construction is expected to begin in October with completion projected for May of 2026.
Founded in 2010, Stillwater Capital is a prominent real estate firm with its current Dallas headquarters situated at 2515 McKinney Ave. The company boasts an impressive portfolio of active projects including PGA Frisco – a mixed-use development anchored by the PGA of America headquarters; The Reserve – a sprawling mixed-use development spanning over200 acres in Mansfield; and Haggard Farm – an expansive120-acre development in Plano.
This latest announcement marks another milestone for Stillwater as it continues to expand its presence within Texas’ thriving commercial real estate market.
