JLL has appointed Kristen Vosmaer as Managing Director for its expanding Data Center Work Dynamics business in Sonoma. In this role, Vosmaer will be responsible for driving data center growth initiatives, cultivating strong relationships and guiding high-performing teams. He joins JLL from GLP, a leading global logistics real estate company where he served as VP of Global Operations.

Sean Jordan has been promoted to President at The Cooperative LA, an owner’s representation and construction management firm. As a partner at the firm, Jordan brings extensive experience including ten years with general contractor MATT Construction and leadership roles at film studio developer/operator Quixote Studios.

Doug Farber has joined San Francisco-based Deol Data’s advisory board. With over three decades of experience in the security industry, Farber will provide guidance on navigating regulatory complexities and driving impact in security technology while fostering relationships between government agencies and private sectors to uphold top standards of compliance.

George Kutnerian , CEO of Fresno-based Wellpointe Inc., is advocating for Assembly Bill 1993 which aims to increase the maximum capacity of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) in California from six to ten residents while still being considered residential use under local zoning laws. This legislation addresses growing demand among California’s aging population for housing options with care services.
