Berkadia successfully facilitated the sale of SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside-Downtown, a 149-key hotel situated in the thriving city of Oceanside. The transaction was led by Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality’s managing director Scott Hall and senior director Aaron Lapping on behalf of Colorado-based GF Properties Group.
The buyer, a private local investor, acquired the property for an undisclosed amount. According to Hall, Downtown Oceanside has undergone significant development in recent years and this sale demonstrates strong market interest in North County San Diego’s coastal region.
Conveniently located at 110 N Myers St, this modern hotel was constructed in 2014 and underwent renovations in 2021. Its impressive amenities include a rooftop pool with stunning views, versatile event spaces both indoors and outdoors, a state-of-the-art fitness center, beach rentals for guests’ convenience,a full-service restaurant and bar,and more.
