Queen Creek, Arizona has been selected as the ideal location for Creation’s latest project, The Switchyard. This impressive mixed-use development will span 54,000 square feet and cost $120 million to construct. It will feature a variety of amenities including restaurants, retail spaces, offices and residential units. With three other projects already in progress in the Phoenix area, Creation is excited to break ground on this new venture in the fourth quarter of this year.
