The newly opened February One Park Deck, located at 110 S. Davie St., offers hourly and monthly parking options for those visiting downtown Greensboro. Situated at the intersection of East Market Street and Davie Street, the deck is conveniently located across from the former News and Record site and next to the future Westin Greensboro hotel with 180 rooms.
With a capacity of nearly 720 spaces, this new addition significantly increases off-street parking availability in downtown Greensboro. The deck features electric vehicle charging stations as well as automated pay-on-foot stations for seamless transactions. Entrances can be found on both East Market Street and Davie Street, with an additional entrance on February One Place set to open once a planned streetscape project is completed.
This park deck will not only serve visitors but also support economic development in downtown Greensboro by providing easy access to upcoming projects such as a new hotel that is expected to begin construction soon near the newspaper site.
