The deal was marketed by Cushman & Wakefield and represented by Kidder Matthews on behalf of Alterra IOS. Kidder Matthews will continue to handle the leasing and marketing for the property. Previously used as Schwan’s Food distribution facility, this prime location offers easy access to Interstate 5 and is conveniently situated just one mile from Seattle Paine Field International Airport – home to Boeing Everett Factory.
