Unchained Labs has completed construction on their new headquarters in Pleasanton, situated in the Tri-Valley innovation region of the city. The 120,000-square-foot tenant improvement project was designed by Ware Malcomb and includes office, manufacturing, lab and warehouse spaces.
The two-story building consolidates Unchained Labs’ operations from three smaller locations into one cohesive space. Ware Malcomb’s services included civil engineering as well as interior architecture and design to create a collaborative environment that reflects the company’s culture.
Outdoor improvements were also made to enhance functionality and accessibility for employees. These updates include a renovated metal canopy, electric vehicle charging stations,and loading dock construction. Additionally,Ware Malcomb provided civil engineering services focused on ADA compliance and site landscaping enhancements.
Overall,the revamped headquarters showcases Unchained Labs’ commitment to growth while providing an inspiring work environment for its employees in Pleasanton’s thriving business community.
