Kairoi Residential has unveiled plans for a massive mixed-use development on over 100 acres of land currently occupied by an industrial storage yard. Located between US 183 and The Colorado River, the project will feature more than 2,200 multifamily units, a large hotel with 385 rooms, over 1.5 million square feet of office space, and approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally,the development will include a shopping plaza spanning more than127,000 square feet.
