According to Aaron Bove, senior managing director investments at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, the property located at 8540 S. Slope St. in Santee was marketed by him on behalf of an undisclosed seller who was an individual. The buyer, a trust fund entity also procured by Bove.
