Craft Food Halls is expanding its presence in the Boston area with the upcoming launch of its 10th location at Studio Allston Hotel this month, as reported by Boston Business Journal. The new venue, located at 1234 Soldiers Field Road, will offer approximately 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and feature live music events. According to the company’s claims, it will also be home to the country’s first sous vide food hall which utilizes a slow-cooking process.
In addition to these unique offerings, visitors can enjoy a self-service wall featuring beer, wine and cocktail taps. The Studio Allston Hotel was previously known as Days Hotel before being rebranded in 2018. Its onsite restaurant Casa Caña closed down earlier this year in 2021. Craft Food Halls’ newest location joins their existing establishments located in Dorchester,Lexington,Malborough,Waltham,and Wellesley.
