Westfield Old Orchard Mall in Skokie, Illinois is undergoing a major transformation as part of the redevelopment plans by its owner, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW). The Paris-based company has announced that several new signature stores and dining options will be opening at the mall in the near future. Among them is popular home furnishing brand Pottery Barn, which will be relocating to join other tenants such as Arhaus, Puttshack and ZARA in the former Lord & Taylor space.
In addition to these exciting retail additions, URW’s plans for Westfield Old Orchard also include new residences, wellness facilities and outdoor amenities. A public park and event space are also being added to enhance this already vibrant lifestyle destination.
Over the next year alone, six more retailers will join Pottery Barn at Westfield Old Orchard. These include woman-owned jewelry brand Little Words Project , Canadian women’s fashion retailer Aritzia , clothing store Urban Outfitters ,and Italian intimates shop Intimissimi . Two culinary concepts – Cupitol and Café Castemila – are also set to open their doors at this bustling shopping center.
