$70 Million Project Announced for Ft. Worth's Stop Six Neighborhood

Stalcup Urban Village, a mixed-use project located at the intersection of East Berry Street and Stalcup Street, is set to bring new life to the Stop Six community. With a total size of nearly 74,000 square feet upon completion, this development is part of a citywide initiative to revitalize older commercial corridors in Fort Worth.

A public-private partnership between multiple firms and the city has come together for this roughly $70 million project. Led by Dallas-based developer and Lewisville-based Legacy Construction in collaboration with the City of Fort Worth, Stalcup Urban Village aims to rejuvenate an area that has suffered from disinvestment for decades.
