Simon’s Wrentham Village Premium Outlets in Wrentham, MA is broadening its tenant mix with a slate of new retail and food-and-beverage brands scheduled to open over the summer. The additions include Joseph Ribkoff, HARIBO, Fabletics, Zwilling Factory Outlet, Gong Cha and Gymboree. The new stores will join an existing collection of more than 150 brands and dining options already operating at the open-air outlet center.
The rollout begins in early June, when Joseph Ribkoff is slated to open its first-ever location within the Simon portfolio at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. The brand’s debut at the center marks a notable expansion of the fashion lineup available to shoppers and underscores the property’s role as a platform for new-to-portfolio concepts.
The property is also preparing for a significant milestone for the region as HARIBO plans to open one of its first U.S. retail shops at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. The candy brand’s store is expected to open in August, positioning the center as one of the early adopters of HARIBO’s brick-and-mortar strategy in New England. In the same month, Zwilling Factory Outlet is scheduled to open, introducing a cookware and kitchenware offering that complements the property’s existing mix of lifestyle and home-focused retailers.
Fabletics, Gong Cha and Gymboree are also part of the summer expansion, adding activewear, bubble tea and children’s apparel to the mix. Together, these tenants broaden the range of categories represented at the center, from fashion and family-focused retail to specialty food and beverage. The cluster of openings is designed to reinforce the property’s appeal as a destination where visitors can access a wide spectrum of brands in one location.
Ashley Feldhouse, Area Director of Marketing and Business Development, highlighted the strategic role of the new arrivals in elevating the property’s overall offering. Feldhouse noted that each new brand is intended to contribute something meaningful to the guest experience, citing Zwilling’s emphasis on craftsmanship and the introduction of Joseph Ribkoff’s first Simon location as examples of how the center is seeking to enhance expectations for visiting shoppers.
As these stores phase in throughout the summer, Wrentham Village Premium Outlets is positioning its expanded tenant roster as a way to deepen customer engagement, drive repeat visitation and strengthen its standing among both regional shoppers and destination visitors within the outlet segment.
