**McKinney’s West Grove Development Progresses to Next Phase**
West Grove, a 52-acre mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas, is steadily advancing toward completion after five years in the making. Although still under construction, the development has welcomed its first tenants and opened its initial two phases to the public.
When complete, West Grove will feature 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 55,000 square feet of office space, and 420 residential apartments.
Spearheaded by De La Vega Development, construction began in the first quarter of 2023 with initial infrastructure work. The developer reports that both on-site and off-site infrastructure are now complete, with all major project components delivered. Development is continuing on schedule and remains true to the original vision and strategy.
Tenants currently open for business include OrangeTwist, Velvet Taco, and Chewy Vet Care. Additional businesses, including Whole Foods, are actively working on their interior build-outs.
West Grove continues to evolve, signaling a major step forward in McKinney’s commercial and residential landscape.
