**Adolfson & Peterson Construction Wins Marble Falls Project**
Adolfson & Peterson Construction has been awarded the contract for the Heritage Oaks Dental Office project located in downtown Marble Falls. The project, which is currently under construction and expected to be completed by fall 2025, includes two ground-up medical office buildings on a 1.8-acre site at the Heritage Oaks Medical Center. These buildings will feature a 5,250-square-foot dental office, a 5,250-square-foot shell space, and an additional 1,300 square feet designated for an oral surgery center.
**Dill Dinkers Expands to San Antonio**
Dill Dinkers has opened its first San Antonio location, Dill Dinkers – Blanco Market, at 18450 Blanco Road. The 15,500-square-foot facility features five indoor pickleball courts, smart court technology, and programming for players of all skill levels. The courts include ProCushion surfaces for joint support, individually fenced playing areas for uninterrupted play, and LED sports lighting for enhanced visibility. This marks the brand’s expansion into the Stone Oak area, bringing year-round, indoor pickleball to the local community.
