Wavestone has committed to new office space at 511 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, where the global consulting firm will relocate from its current address at 130 W. 42nd St. Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 9,812-square-foot lease on the building’s 13th floor, positioning the firm within a prominent Fifth Avenue location in New York.

The consulting firm is moving into a full-floor premises that has been marketed as a modern workplace environment. According to Cushman & Wakefield, the combination of the building’s recent repositioning, its amenities and its accessibility within Midtown were key elements in the decision to relocate. The new space is expected to serve as a long-term home for Wavestone’s New York team.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Masi represented Wavestone in the lease negotiations. On the ownership side, Newmark’s Scott Klau and Natalie Serio provided representation for the building’s ownership group, which consists of Aurora Capital, Wharton Properties and ACHS Management. The dual-agency structure reflects the continued role of national and international brokerage firms in Midtown leasing transactions.

Masi noted that 511 Fifth Avenue offered Wavestone a high-quality, modern workplace in what he described as a premier Midtown location, emphasizing that the property aligns with the firm’s needs and supports its continued growth. He pointed to the building’s repositioning, amenity offering and access to transportation as factors that made the space an attractive choice for the tenant.

Wavestone, founded in France, is an international consulting firm focused on strategic business and technology transformations. The company has more than 6,000 employees and operates across 17 countries on four continents, reflecting a broad global footprint. Its decision to relocate within Midtown Manhattan suggests an ongoing commitment to maintaining a significant presence in New York.

The lease at 511 Fifth Avenue underscores the appeal of improved and repositioned office product in core Midtown locations for global professional services firms. While financial terms and lease duration were not disclosed, the transaction highlights how landlords and major brokerage houses continue to collaborate to place international tenants in amenitized, centrally located buildings that can accommodate long-term growth.
