**Two Finance Firms Relocate to 575 Madison Avenue**
CBRE has finalized two office lease agreements at 575 Madison Avenue in Manhattan with financial services firms JTC Group and Arc24 Management. Both companies are relocating from other Midtown locations to the centrally located office tower.
JTC Group, a UK-based, publicly listed global fund administration services provider, is moving from 630 Fifth Avenue and has leased the entire 20th floor, totaling 15,926 square feet. Arc24 Management, a New York-based investment firm focused on corporate and structured credit, is relocating from 207 East 57th Street and will occupy 3,068 square feet of newly built space on the 12th floor.
The CBRE team representing the building ownership included David Hollander, Gregg Rothkin, Brad Auerbach, Maxwell Tarter, and William Hooks. John Nugent and Joe D’Apice of CBRE represented JTC Group in the transaction, while Michael Pallas and Margaux Kelleher of JLL represented Arc24 Management.
“These leases reflect continued demand for quality, well-located office space,” said David Hollander. “575 Madison Avenue offers a compelling combination of value, strong ownership, and modern pre-built options.”
The leasing activity underscores the resilience of Manhattan’s office market, particularly in buildings that offer modern features in prime locations.
