**Hillwood Partners with Taylor Sheridan and Paramount to Launch Texas’s Largest Film & TV Production Studio**
Hillwood has joined forces with Taylor Sheridan’s SGS Studios and Paramount Pictures to develop the largest film and television production complex in Texas, located at AllianceTexas. This ambitious campus is set to transform the region into a hub for major film and TV projects.
Building on the debut of SGS 1 and SGS 2—where the production of Sheridan’s series “Landman” is currently underway—the initiative marks the beginning of the first master-planned studio campus within the AllianceTexas development. The state-of-the-art facility is positioned to be a full-service production destination, poised to drive long-term industry growth and establish Texas as a leading center for content creation.
Strategically situated near Perot Field and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the expansive 450,000-square-foot campus is designed to support four simultaneous large-scale productions. The complex will include sound stages, post-production suites, and scalable infrastructure engineered to attract world-class productions and generate thousands of future jobs within the entertainment industry.
