With extensive experience, Sullivan specializes in debt and equity advisory transactions across the Northeast region. He brings six years of establishing and leading the structured finance advisory group for a global commercial real estate firm in New England to his new role. Throughout his career, he has advised on over $3 billion worth of debt and equity transactions for institutional clients, regional operators, and developers alike. His background is lending with a focus on Mid-Atlantic through New England corridor; handling more than $12 billion worth of debt and equity transactions across multi-housing, industrial office/biotech retail sites/land development projects.
