Tom Sullivan Joins JLL’s Boston Capital Markets Team | Expert Real Estate Professional

JLL Capital Markets has appointed Tom Sullivan as a Senior Managing Director in its Boston office. With extensive experience, Sullivan specializes in debt and equity advisory transactions across the Northeast region. He brings six years of establishing and leading the structured finance advisory group for a global commercial real estate firm in New England to his new role. Throughout his career, he has advised on over $3 billion worth of debt and equity transactions for institutional clients, regional operators, and developers alike. His background is lending with a focus on Mid-Atlantic through New England corridor; handling more than $12 billion worth of debt and equity transactions across multi-housing, industrial office/biotech retail sites/land development projects.
