Terra Mediterrania has secured a 4,167 square foot lease at 124 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea with HUBB NYC. The brand signed a long-term agreement to occupy the entire building and bring their efficient service restaurant (ESR) featuring Mediterranean flavors to the area.
