Stream Realty Partners is extending its construction and project management platform into Richmond, Virginia, adding a new leadership position to support clients across Central Virginia. The firm has appointed Stephen Jayjock as Managing Director of Construction Management to lead the expanded service line in the region.
According to the company, the move is intended to deepen its presence in the Commonwealth and broaden how it serves occupiers, owners, and investors in the Richmond market. By establishing dedicated construction management leadership on the ground, Stream aims to enhance its ability to oversee projects from early planning through completion while aligning with client objectives at each stage.
In his new role, Jayjock is charged with growing Stream’s construction and project management services throughout the Richmond area. His responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining client relationships, driving consistent project execution, and building out the regional team to support a wider range of assignments. The position is structured to integrate closely with Stream’s existing operations and to leverage its national platform.
Jayjock will collaborate with existing Stream leadership in the broader Mid-Atlantic region. He is set to work alongside Managing Director Charlie Smiroldo and Executive Managing Director and Partner Kyle Luby, who oversees the firm’s Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia offices. That coordination is intended to provide a unified service offering for clients whose portfolios and projects extend across multiple markets.
The firm indicated that the Richmond expansion will tap into its integrated national capabilities to deliver strategic guidance as well as hands-on project oversight. The approach is designed to cover the full project lifecycle, from upfront planning and budgeting through construction and final delivery, with an emphasis on execution quality and communication with stakeholders.
Luby described Richmond as an important opportunity to broaden Stream’s construction and project management reach and to enhance service to clients across Central Virginia. The expansion underscores the firm’s focus on reinforcing its regional footprint while using its larger platform to support occupiers, owners, and investors seeking consistent project management services in multiple markets.
