Sterling Bay Buys Industrial Building in Chicago's Archer Heights

Sterling Bay recently closed on the purchase of 4510 W Ann Lurie Place, a 7.5-acre land parcel in Chicago’s Archer Heights neighborhood. The firm intends to develop a 147,500-square-foot industrial facility to meet the growing demand for modern industrial product.

The acquisition was made in partnership with Affinius Capital and secured by a construction loan from First National Bank of Omaha. PREMIER Design + Build Group will construct the LEED Silver certified facility which will feature EV charging stations and upgraded steel components for potential solar panel integration – supporting sustainable operations throughout its lifetime.

Once fully occupied, this development is expected to create up to 35 full time jobs when it breaks ground later this year; emphasizing Sterling Bay’s commitment towards strategic urban planning, innovative design and sustainable practices that foster economic growth while creating job opportunities across Chicago according Andy Gloor CEO at Sterling Bay “We aim to enhance community resilience through developments like these”.
