Built in 1982 and substantially renovated in recent years, the property is situated within San Diego’s Scripps Ranch submarket. A Colliers team of Evan McDonald and Richard Schwartz were joined by Lee & Associates’ James DeRegt and Scott Frazier to represent the seller – Old Grove LLC – while Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters served as buyer.
