Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to source a buyer for the 250,000-square-foot space which includes several stories of office space, a ground floor lobby and below ground parking. The Alter Group completed the building in 2000 and are working with Bank of America to explore a sale of this property. This unfortunate trend is seen across several recent Chicago property listings according to Crain’s Business Journal .
