KS Group and Giga Holdings have acquired 315 Mulberry St in Newark, NJ., for $14.5 million. The property, currently a parking facility, will be repurposed into two 45-story high-rise residential towers offering 1300 units. Yehuda Kotkes and Daniel Spiegel of KS Group alongside Jeff Blau from Giga Holdings closed the acquisition with plans to create an urban oasis in downtown Newark that offers luxury living along with convenience and community spirit. Spiegel commented on the project saying “315 Mulberry St will embody the essence of downtown Newark” providing residents with a unique experience they won’t find anywhere else.
