TerraCap Management recently delivered a host of high-demand tenant amenities including fitness facility, tenant lounge, and conference center at Resource Square I, II, IV and V in Charlotte. This $1.5 million investment combined with the addition of multiple speculative suites with premium finishes has reignited leasing activity at the four-building Class A office park located on 10925 David Taylor Drive as well as 10735 and 10715 David Taylor Drive.
