Resource Square Tenants Drawn to Major Improvements and Spec Suites

TerraCap Management recently delivered a host of high-demand tenant amenities, including a fitness facility, tenant lounge and conference center at Resource Square I, II, IV and V in Charlotte. This $1.5 million investment combined with the addition of multiple speculative suites with premium finishes has reignited leasing activity at the four-building Class A office park located on 10925 David Taylor Drive. Stream Realty Partners Senior Vice President Bob Boykin and Associate John Smoots represented the landlord in securing leases totaling 51,836 square feet with several companies such as KCI Telecommunications (represented by Terri Griffin of Emerald Pointe Realty), ZenSpaceIT (represented by Conor Brennan of JLL), Garver (represented by Jack Brewer and Catherine Gibbons from Newmark) as well as Andritz Hydro (represented by Ben Speir from Cherry Speir alongside Jimmy Sanders & Mitchell Kahlert from ICON Commercial Interests).
