Winston Hotels is taking adaptive reuse to a new level by converting hotel rooms into office space in the former Riverview Towers office complex located in downtown San Antonio. The company is currently marketing around 16,000 square feet of this newly developed real estate. Despite the uncertain state of the post-pandemic office market, Winston Hotels believes there will be demand for their unique offering which includes a hotel, rooftop bar and retail all within one building. According to Watts Winston “Having a hotel, rooftop bar, retail and office within the same building is rare but will become increasingly more common as the office market consolidates”.
