Pinstripes, a popular Italian-American restaurant and entertainment concept, is set to open its first location in the Pacific Northwest in downtown Bellevue. Founded in 2007 and based out of Chicago, this company has gained recognition for its delicious wood-fired pizzas as well as its unique offerings such as bowling lanes and bocce courts.
The highly anticipated restaurant-bowling alley combo will be located at Vulcan Real Estate’s 555 Tower, which is currently leased by Amazon. Spanning two levels with a total area of 21,000 square feet, it is expected to welcome guests by mid-2024.
According to Pinstripes founder and CEO Dale Schwartz’s statement: “Vulcan Real Estate has created an exceptional iconic venue that perfectly aligns with our Pinstripes concept.” The goal behind this expansion into Washington state is not only to provide a warm atmosphere for the community but also cater specifically towards corporate events. Earlier this year saw Pinstripes go public while announcing plans for significant future growth – including their latest venture into Washington – through Connect CRE.
