A team of experienced professionals in the commercial real estate industry have recently launched their own brokerage, Range Commercial Partners. Led by former Colliers executive vice president Matt Anderson and regional director of client accounting Craig Broughton, along with Jessica Butterworth and Greg Nachman who both held senior positions at Colliers as well, this new firm offers a comprehensive range of services for office, medical office, industrial and retail properties. Unlike other firms in the market, Range does not plan to venture into multifamily property management. As an independently owned and funded company, they are already securing management contracts for various properties. This recent development marks a significant move within the industry as these seasoned experts strike out on their own to form a new brokerage entity.
