The NRP Group has officially closed financing and broken ground on Jackson Road, an $87 million luxury multifamily development in Carrollton, Texas. Located at 2255 N. Broadway Street, the community will feature 370 residential units spanning one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, some with dens. The average unit size will exceed 1,000 square feet.
Jackson Road is strategically situated within walking distance of the DART Green Line and the upcoming Silver Line commuter rail, providing residents with convenient access to Plano, downtown Dallas, and DFW International Airport.
