9700 SW Capitol, LLC has finalized the purchase of Capitol Park, an office property located at 9700 SW Capitol Highway in Portland, Oregon. The transaction closed at $5.7 million.
The buyer was represented by Raymond Duchek and Thomas McDowell of Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc., while the seller was represented by Steve Bowers and Sean McCarthy of Kidder Matthews.
Originally built in 1983 and renovated in 1993, the two-story office building encompasses approximately 29,000 square feet and sits on a 1.36-acre lot. Recent enhancements over the past two years include a remodeled lobby and restrooms, a new roof, and the addition of an outdoor dining area for tenants.
Capitol Park is centrally located just outside Portland’s main business district. The property boasts ample off-street parking and offers unobstructed views of Mt. Hood, making it an attractive option for tenants seeking convenience and scenic surroundings.
