Newmark has recently welcomed three new members to their team in the Southeast region. Jay O’Meara, Justin Parsonnet, and Ryan Reethof have all joined from CBRE and will be leading office investment sales in major cities such as Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh and various locations throughout Florida.
O’Meara and Parsonnet will take on the roles of vice chairmen while Reethof will serve as senior managing director. Together they bring a wealth of experience with over 65 years combined in the industry. They have successfully closed transactions totaling more than 110 million square feet with a sales volume exceeding $23 billion across 25 different markets.
Their notable achievements include being involved in high-profile deals such as the $380 million sale of Bank of America Plaza, the $201 million disposition of 3630 Peachtree Street,and securing agency leasing for iconic properties like King & Queen Towers which spans over 1.4 million square feet.
The trio has established strong relationships with both institutional clients like Oaktree Capital Management and private clients including Highwoods Properties,Cousins Properties,Capital Partners Group,and numerous high-net-worth individuals.
This move by Newmark further solidifies their position as a top player within commercial real estate investment sales market.
