Mortenson Construction to Construct New Denver Headquarters

Mortenson recently celebrated the groundbreaking of its four-story, 65,000-square-foot headquarters in Denver’s RiNo Art District. The mixed use building will provide space for more than 300 local employees and other Mortenson divisions that have not historically had a presence in Denver such as sports, renewable energies, data centers and federal contracts teams. Additionally, the ground floor will be available for retail leasing. Construction completion is expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2024 with move-in shortly after.
