After seven months of negotiations between developers, the neighborhood and Gilbert City Council, The Ranch project has been given its final approval. This 300-acre development will be located on the southwest corner of Elliot and Power roads in Gilbert, Arizona. IndiCap, Colmena Group and Langley Properties are responsible for developing this industrial project which includes 221 acres of industrial use as well as a restaurant space with more than 50 acres dedicated to general commercial use. Additionally 35 acres are set aside for 750 multifamily units with 16.6 additional acres reserved for open space between residential neighborhoods across the street from its industrial components. With this final approval in place it is expected that construction will soon begin on The Ranch development in Gilbert Arizona
